Returning the product
In an unlikely event when the product you have received has some genuine defect then we will definitely take the product back and will not only refund you the entire amount paid but will also take care of this event will not happen again. For initiating the return /Replacement process, you may contact our Customer Care(by clicking on customer care then directly go to the contact us page) and request a return/replacement. You just have to send the defective product back to us from the courier at your cost. Our team will inspect the defect and in case of genuine defects found we will replace the product or will pay you back the amount you have spent on the product only. Return/replacement of the product is subject to receipt of the product(s) at our premises in an unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. Any product can be exchanged with a product of the same amount. Exchange of the product will depend upon the availability of the demanded product if the product is not available then the amount will be refunded or Coupon Code will be given to the customer for further future reference.
Reverse pick up facility in only cases of wrong or defective products delivered from our side.
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered with. Please contact our customer care for replacement, immediately.
In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the customer care within 3 working days for a refund/replacement. Only genuine mistakes like size, color, loss in transit will be accepted only. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will provide a coupon against the same value.
In case of return/replacement/exchange, the customer has to initiate the process within 48 hours after receiving the product delivery from the courier.
Products from seasonal promotions or stock clearance or special discounted rates. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases.
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that we can’t accept returns on briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to sunnylingeries, they will not be sent back to you and no credit note will be issued.
Products that are sold as in packs cannot be returned as an individual product.
If the payment is made by Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card, we will refund your amount through the same mode of payment.
If the payment was by Cash On Delivery / Cash Before Delivery, we will refund your money via UPI, NEFT, or a cheque written in your name. You will have to provide the following details:
Order ID, UPI name or number, Full Banking detail for CHEQUE/NEFT payment
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) with the original invoice copy. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in the case of payments by Cash On Delivery and Cash Before Delivery, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
How to Return Products
Follow the simple step below:-

select the product which you want to return
click on return product
fill the form provided by us
submit to us.
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for a refund, it will be processed to the same mode within 10 working days.
Products can return within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
